1. Returns
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To request a return, please contact us within 3–7 days after receiving the product and provide:

- The product you ordered
- A description of the problem
- Photos of the product if possible
We will review the issue and let you know the next steps.
2. Refunds
Refunds may be provided in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged
